Frequently asked questions

Before you ask, you might find it here.

We collected the questions people ask us most often — from "I don't know what to automate" to data security. Didn't find yours? Talk to us directly.

I don't know what to automate in my business — can you help me figure that out?+
That's the most common starting point. Before we talk about technology, we do a free, no-obligation review of your business — where you're losing time, where you're losing customers because no one answered in time, which repetitive tasks are eating up your team's day. Only after that do we design a solution around what we found. We never sell a tool looking for a problem.
What does "custom-built" and "turnkey" actually mean?+
It means we handle the whole process: analysing the business, designing the solution, building it, testing it, launching it, and staying on afterwards. We don't hand you a generic package for your team to configure alone — we deliver something that already works, and we stay reachable after launch.
How does pricing work? Is there a fixed price?+
Every project gets its own quote, because every business has different needs — automating a clinic's front desk doesn't cost the same as building an app from scratch. After the initial (free) review, we send a closed quote — no surprises once the deal is agreed.
How long does a project take?+
It depends on scope. A simple integration can be ready in a few weeks; a full system — like a CRM with AI agents — usually takes 4 to 12 weeks. We give a realistic timeline in the initial proposal and keep it visible throughout the project, no vague "soon" promises.
Is my data — and my customers' data — safe?+
Yes, and it's handled with the same rigour we apply to our own systems: restricted, two-factor-authenticated access to admin panels, passwords and credentials always encrypted, and GDPR compliance wherever personal data is involved. We never sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes — you can read the full detail in our Privacy Policy.
I already have a website, CRM, or other system — can you integrate with what I already have?+
In most cases, yes. We'd rather integrate with what already works than replace it just for the sake of it — less disruption, less of a learning curve for your team. We look at what you already have in the very first conversation and tell you plainly what can be connected and what's actually worth rebuilding.
Is AI going to replace my team?+
That's not the goal. We build systems to take the repetitive, mechanical work off your team's plate — answering the same question for the hundredth time, copying data from one system to another — so there's time left for what only a person does well: judgement calls, selling, deciding. AI assists, it doesn't replace.
What if the AI makes up a wrong answer to one of my customers?+
That's a real risk with any AI system, and we take it seriously: we limit what agents can answer to what they actually know, we test extensively before launch, and we always design an easy path to hand off to a person when the system isn't confident enough. No system is infallible — the right design is the one that minimises the error and makes it easy to fix.
I'm a small business, or just starting out — does this make sense for me?+
Yes. Most of our clients are small and mid-sized clinics and online stores, not large companies with an IT department. We size the solution to the business — automating one specific task that hurts today costs a lot less than people assume, and the payoff usually shows up fast.
Do I own the code and the system, or am I locked into Dayava?+
What's built for you is yours — it's not a usage licence or a closed system only we can touch. If you ever want to switch providers, you take what was built with you.
Do you only work with clinics and online stores, or also with my kind of business?+
Medical, MultiSearch Cloud, Mobile Apps and CRM Kommo are the areas where we already have mature products — but the underlying work is the same across all four: automation, AI and custom software. If your business doesn't fit any of these categories, talk to us anyway — chances are we can still help.
What happens after launch? Are you still around?+
Yes. We stay on after the system goes live: fixing what comes up, adjusting to real-world use, and responding when you need us. It's not "we deliver and disappear."
Do you work with businesses outside Portugal?+
Yes — the site is available in Portuguese, English, Russian and Ukrainian precisely because we work with clients outside Portugal too. The company and its legal setup are Portuguese (Meteoric Potential Unipessoal Lda), but that doesn't limit who we work with.
How do I get started?+
The first step is a conversation, not a commitment. Fill in the contact form with a sentence about what brought you here — we'll reply with concrete questions, and if it makes sense for both sides, we move on to the free review.

Still have questions?

The best way to find out if this makes sense for your business is a direct conversation — no strings attached.
