Where should I start?+
With the most repetitive process that costs the most time; the diagnostic is there to identify it. One small, measurable first workflow is worth more than a large project.
Will the AI make decisions on its own?+
Only where risk is low and the rules are clear. For anything with financial, legal or reputational impact, the agent prepares and a person approves.
Is my data safe?+
We define with you which data each workflow can see and how long it keeps it, in line with GDPR. Legal responsibility for processing rests with your business, and we recommend validating the design with your lawyer.
Does it work with the tools I already use?+
We connect to any system with an API or webhooks: CRM, online store, invoicing, spreadsheets, email and messaging. We confirm compatibility in the diagnostic.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?+
It depends on complexity and integrations. After a short diagnostic we make a fixed proposal with scope and timeline; we do not publish list prices because each workflow is built to measure.
What if something goes wrong?+
Workflows have logging, alerts and a path back to manual work. If the agent fails or is not sure, it alerts a person instead of improvising.
